120-150 TPH Granite Crushing line Process:
In this granite crushing and screening plant, we choose zsw490*110
vibrating feeder to feed jaw crusher PE750*1050 whose capacity can be up to 52-180 tph. Secondary
crushing equipment is impact crusher PF1214 whose capacity is 80-140 tph. For screening materials for different sizes,
vibrating screen is playing its role.After being separated, the parts that can meet standard will be taken away as final products, while the other parts will be returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to customer's specific requirement. We can also equip
dust catcher system to protect environment.
Corporate Strength of Zoonyee

jaw crusher and impact crusher can result in poor sales performance because more than 10% needle and plate particle product. However, Zoonyee
Sand and Gravel project Department updated the technology with
vertical shaft impact crusher from, the content of needle and plate particle product decrease to 4.7%. Comparing with the crushing process only use impact crusher, Zoonyee special technical flow process will improve the yields by 50%. Meanwhile, taking
impact crusher as the secondary crushing stage, the consumption of metal materials becomes little. Therefore, the consumption of wearing part drops considerably during the whole technological process.
